Q: Where is W.H. Pearlmann Ascots based?
A: W.H. Pearlmann Ascots is based in the greater Chicago, IL area, with our office being located in south suburban South Holland.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yes, W.H. Pearlmann Ascots offers free shipping within the continental United States.

Q: How long is your processing times?
A: All orders require 1-2 business days processing time.

Q: What is the difference between your 31" ascots and your 35" ascots?
A: The 31" is more for slender gentlemen with the ability to fit any neck size up to 16 1/2 inches. Our 35" length ascot is our one-size-fits-all ascot and will generally accommodate any neck size.

Q: What is your return/exchange policy?
A: To ensure a refund, buyers have 30 days to return/exchange merchandise (buyer will pay return shipping) complete with a copy of the invoice showing proof of purchase. Returned items should be addressed to: W.H. Pearlmann Ascots, c/o Returns/Exchanges, 16252 Prince Dr., South Holland, IL 60473.

Q: If you are sold out of a particular style of ascot, will you re-stock it?
A: W.H. Pearlmann Ascots likes to ensure uniqueness of our product. We want to make it so that when the wearer steps into the room, no one else looks like them. In keeping with this, our ascot styles are deliberately produced in select quantities. Maybe some of our solids could be an exception, but our products in general are limited edition pieces that once sold out, are cleared to make way for new styles.
